Rotor Arcade
Terms of service
Last updated: 22 July 2026
Rotor Arcade (rotorarcade.com) is a small collection of free browser games, operated from Australia. By using the site you agree to these terms. They're short because the site is simple: nothing to sign up for, nothing to buy.
Playing the games
You can play the games for free, for personal, non-commercial use. That's a licence to play, not ownership: the games, artwork, text and code on this site belong to Rotor Arcade or its licensors, and you may not copy, redistribute, sell or re-host them without permission.
Fair use of the site
Don't do things that harm the site or other players. In particular, you may not:
- scrape, crawl or bulk-download the site's content, other than ordinary
search-engine indexing that respects
robots.txt; - use bots, scripts or automation to play games, inflate scores or generate traffic;
- probe, overload or attempt to disrupt the site or its hosting;
- reverse engineer or modify the games in order to republish them; or
- use the site for anything unlawful.
If you break these rules, we may block your access without notice, for example by IP address or through our hosting provider's security tools.
Games, not flight instruction
The games are arcade entertainment, and the about, flight school and glossary pages are written for interest. The physics is simplified for play, and nothing on this site is flight instruction, training or operational advice. Don't rely on any of it for real-world flying; that's what qualified instructors and your aviation authority are for.
The site is provided as-is
Rotor Arcade is a free hobby project. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and games are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the site will be available, uninterrupted, error-free or that any game will behave correctly on your device or browser.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rotor Arcade will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or the games. That includes (for example) lost data or unsaved work if a game causes your browser to crash, lost time if the site goes down, and any indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the site, which is nothing.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded by agreement.
Your saved data
Game state such as best scores lives in your browser's
localStorage, not on our servers. We can't recover it if it's
cleared, and we may ship game updates that reset or change saved state.
Third-party services
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, and pages may link to external sites. We're not responsible for the content or practices of third parties. How we handle data is covered in the privacy policy.
Changes to the site or these terms
We may change, suspend or retire any game or the whole site at any time. If these terms change, the "last updated" date above will change with it, and continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and any dispute is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts. If part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
